Welcome to Mrs. Heye's math class!

This is my second year teaching at Crittenden and I love the community here!

I was born in Washington DC, but spent most of my formative years living overseas, including Nairobi, London, Paris, and Naples. I have a Bachelor's degree in Math, two years' graduate work in Classical Literature, and a Teaching Credential from Cal State Monterey Bay. I have had multiple careers, including IBM programmer and marketing rep,  language arts and music teacher, and finally to my dream job: math teacher here at Crittenden! It is as if I have come full circle to where I started, with a little more experience under my belt. I love teaching kids and am excited to be a part of the Crittenden family.

I love all kinds of music, including opera and musical theatre, yoga, dance, knitting, and reading. My husband and I have three daughters, all of whom attended Mountain View High School. We have a Mediterranean tortoise named Rocky.
